J Anne Wellness & Massage is a Bigfork studio, formerly known as Body Sound Therapeutics, owned and operated by Julie Tiehen of Bigfork, MT. Offering a relaxation based approach to therapeutic and deep tissue massage Julie aims to create bodywork sessions tailored to the needs of each individual. With a holistic approach to wellness Julie also incorporates essential oils in her massage treatments and uses only pure, safe, chemical free products. In addition to massage J. Anne Wellness & Massage offers nutritional health coaching, helping clients reach their health and wellness goals in conjunction with their primary care physician. Coaching sessions are available both locally and over the phone. Another exciting addition to the services offered at this studio is our cutting edge biofeedback technology system called the ASA Balance. This whole body balancing treatment uses biofeedback, therapeutic laser and vibrational frequency software to asses and correct imbalances.
